If I’m taking zinc glycinate, should I also supplement with copper?

Zinc and copper compete for absorption, so taking high doses of zinc (especially long-term) can lower copper levels over time.

If you're taking our zinc glycinate which contains 15mg of zinc, you're unlikely to need additional copper ... especially if you're getting some copper through food (like nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, or organ meats).

Copper deficiency is more of a concern with higher zinc intakes (above ~30mg/day) over long periods.

At 15mg, the risk of imbalance is low, and most people can maintain a healthy zinc–copper ratio through diet.
