Take 1 capsule per day, which has 15mg of elemental zinc per capsule.
And best practise is to supplement zinc either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal (there are certain compounds in food that can impact absorption of zinc)
There are some people who find supplementing zinc on an empty stomach can make them feel nauseous.
And if that's the case for you, take your Zinc with a meal, that ideally does not include whole grains, oats, legumes, nuts & seeds (as these bock the absorption of zinc).
