How to take Iron glycinate?

For optimal absorption, take one capsule of Iron Glycinate one hour before or two hours after a meal, as certain foods can interfere with iron absorption.

If you also supplement with zinc, best practice is to take your iron supplement at a different time.

For example, supplement zinc mid-morning & iron mid-afternoon (or vice versa).

Iron & zinc can compete with each other for absorption.
