Which supplements can I take together, and which ones should be taken separately?

Here’s a quick guide based on optimal absorption and potential interactions:

Can be taken together:
With food that includes healthy fats

  • Vitamin D3 with MCT
  • Vitamin K2 (MK-7)
  • Calcium with K2 (can be taken with the above two, but avoid combining with Zinc, Iron, or Magnesium

Can be taken anytime:
With or without food

  • Natural Vitamin C (if taking 2 capsules, split the dose for better absorption)

Should be taken separately due to absorption competition:
Space them out by at least 2–3 hours.

  • Iron Glycinate (without food)
  • Zinc Glycinate (without food)
  • Magnesium Glycinate (with or without food)
  • Calcium with K2 (with food)
