Just to clear things up, we only have one magnesium glycinate ... it’s the same product, but we recommend two different ways of taking it, if you are supplementing specifically for stress or sleep.
For stress, we recommend taking 1 capsule at 2 - 4 different times during the day.
And for sleep, 1 - 2 capsules late in the afternoon or at dinner. And another 1 - 2 capsules just before bed.
Both options will help ensure you're hitting daily recommended targets for magnesium.
But it's your choice exactly how you take it.
