Is it a good idea to combine magnesium spray & glycinate for better sleep?

It really comes down to what works best for you, but generally, we wouldn’t recommend using multiple forms of magnesium for sleep. It’s easy to exceed the recommended intake when mixing different types.

Instead, we'd recommend to  focus on one form to ensure you’re getting enough for a therapeutic effect.

Magnesium glycinate is our go-to for sleep support as it’s bound to glycine, an amino acid that helps calm the nervous system.

But if you wanted to try both ... then make sure you stay within the recommended intake of 320mg per day for women & 420mg per day for men.
