Do we have a magnesium with multiple forms combined?

We only have a magnesium glycinate and in all honesty, we’re not huge fans of combining multiple forms of magnesium in one supplement ... it tends to dilute the dose of each form, which can make them less effective.

Magnesium itself supports sleep & relxation, energy production, muscle relaxation and recovery, nervous system function, and more ... so by taking magnesium glycinate, you’re still supporting all of those benefits (plus 300+ other functions magnesium is involved in!).

That said, some forms can be a little more targeted for specific issues ... so it really comes down to your main goal and choosing the form that best supports it, while still covering magnesium’s broader role in the body.
