Whether 90mg is enough really depends on how much magnesium you're already getting through your diet & if you're looking for a more specific benefit other than elevating your magnesium levels.
The current recommended dietary guidelines for magnesium are 350 - 420mg per day ... so taking just one capsule will help you meet these guidelines ... if you can then get the rest through food.
If you're looking for specific benefits on sleep though, 90mg may be on the lower side ... but it really depends on individual sensitivity.
We have some customers who report great benefits off just 1 - 2 capsules ... and some customers who take a higher dose.
