How many capsules should I take?

Our dose recommendation for magnesium glycinate is 1 to 4 capsules per day, adjusting based on how much magnesium you're already getting through your diet from foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, avocados, dark chocolate etc...

Some people may only need 1 capsule per day as they're eating foods, rich in magnesium.

Others can benefit from a higher dose up to 4 capsules per day (again depending on their diet).

As a guide, the current recommended dietary intakes for magnesium are 320mg per day for women and 420mg per day for men, through food and supplements.

And each of our capsule contains 90mg of magnesium.

It's always a good idea to start with a low dose 1 or 2 capsules & increase if needed.
