We keep Vitamin D3 and K2 separate to give people the flexibility to tailor their intake based on their individual needs.
D3 & K2 do work well together for bone & cardiovascular health ... however it's not always necessary to supplement both.
Some people may already be getting K2 from their diet, through foods like natto, chicken liver, egg yolks & fermented products.
And others may be getting enough vitamin D if they have high exposure to the sun.
Keeping these two nutrients seperate allows people to supplement based on their specific needs.
