Yes, you can supplement for long term use. Our bodies need vitamins & minerals every single day ... ideally through food, but if not, then a supplement will cover the gap.

As long as you're staying within the recommended dietary intake & taking the appropriate dose, that's perfectly fine.

We're keeping our dosage on the lower side, making our supplements ideal for long term use & to minimise the risk of causing imbalances that can come from high dose supplements.
