Which form of Vitamin C do we recommend?

If a supplement is needed, we prefer natural Vitamin C supplements from whole food source, like acerola cherry, kakadu plum or camu camu.

Natural C supplements will generally have a lower dose of vitamin C per serve (around 100mg per capsule), as that's they're found in nature, and intended to be taken on a regular basis to maintain Vitamin C levels in the long term.

And have a lower risk of causing potential vitamin & mineral imbalances, which can come from high dose, synthetic vitamin C supplements, taken over long periods of time.
