Our Magnesium Glycinate is not intended to help bowel movements ... it’s primary goal is to support your magnesium levels, which in turn can support sleep, muscle relaxation & recovery, cardiovascular health and more.
Other forms, like magnesium oxide or citrate, tend to have more of a laxative effect. So if your main goal is to support digestion or regularity, magnesium citrate could be a better fit (and it’s more bioavailable than oxide).
