Can iron glycinate cause diarrhoea?

Iron glycinate is a form of iron that's generally well tolerated and less likely to cause digestive issues like diarrhoea ... but it still always comes down to the individual as some people can be particularly sensitive to iron.

If that's the case for you, it would be best to supplement iron with food.

Try avoid grains, nuts, seeds & legumes as they can impact absorption.

And it's best to take iron at least 2h after coffee, as it can also block absorption.
