By keeping our iron & vitamin C supplements seperate, it can be better tailored to your individual routine, and combined with vitamin C only when needed.
If you’d like to boost iron absorption, you can easily pair our iron with a source of vitamin C — either from food, or our Natural Vitamin C supplement from Acerola Cherry.
