Vitamin K2 & Vitamin D3 are both essential nutrients that work together especially for bone health & cardiovascular health.
However, whether you should supplement depends on your lifestyle and diet.
If you spend a lot of time outdoors, exposed to the sun, you may not have a need to supplement Vitamin D.
And if you're eating foods rich in vitamin K2 like natto, chicken liver, egg yolk, hard aged cheese, you may not have a need for a vitamin K2 supplement.
Everyone's needs are highly individual as this is why, at this stage, we haven't included D3 & K2 in the same supplement.
