Each capsule of our Calcium with K2 contains:

• Calcium: 200 mg of elemental calcium, sourced from marine algae (Calcified Lithothamnion).
• Vitamin K2: 25 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, derived from naturally fermented natto.

So, a full daily serving of 4 capsules provides:

• Calcium: 800 mg
• Vitamin K2: 100 mcg
