All our supplements are bottled and sealed in Brisbane, then shipped directly through Australia Post’s national network. We use amber glass bottles to protect from light, and every order is packed securely so the capsules aren’t exposed during transit.
In terms of temperature ... supplements like ours are very stable and tested for shelf-life under Australian conditions, so short-term exposure during delivery won’t affect quality or potency. We’ve been sending across every state (including hotter regions) for years without issue.
